Im looking for a turtle that is grows to be large,cool looking,easy to care for,is interesting to watch,and dont cost that much.Got any sugestions

How big are you talking? BIG turtles need BIG expensive tanks, so if you want size money shouldn't be an issue.

Since you asked for a big turtles I figure your ready for big cage? Common or florida snapper would be a good choice, its cheap, actvie, extremely food hungry

Non-swimming: hard to beat he common snapping turtle or a Florida Softshell. For active swimmers, the Australian/New Guinea short-necked turtles are great to watch but not too cheap. Also, the Diamondback Terrapins are great swimmers and very attracive, but not cheap.
