Can anyone tell me what type?

promod383 Jun 18, 2008 07:14 PM

I picked this on up at a show about 4 years ago. It was tiny and having a really tough time shedding. The price was right so I figured I would take her home. 4 years later this is what I have. It is about 5 ft long and approx. 1185 grams. It gets better looking with every shed, a little more yellow shows up every time. Can anyone tell me what type it is, and mayby a guess at the sex?

Although there is no way to tell, I would guess there is some Aru blood in there judging by the bright green, blue belly and white scales. I would also guess female by size and body shape, but you should have it probed to be certain. Nice looking chondro.

I immediately thought Aru as well. The belly scales and the somewhat stubby tail sure looks like that. Nice animal.

What do you consider affordable? Males are much easier to come by than females. I'm sure you can find a nice CBB male to suite your needs.....or her needs.lol. Ya just gotta know where to look.
