A BREEDING question

Argentines Jun 19, 2008 12:21 AM

My female Argentine is 3yrs old and 5ft. now i know it will be another year or 2 before i can breed her. but how old, how big should the male be? ive read that they mature in 2-3 years. but that means a 4.5ft-6ft male in with a larger female. is all going to be okay? And ahead of time...Thank you for your help.

That's usually the norm. You shouldn't have any problems.

I always keep my males much smaller than the girls, they breed much better that way. Just my humble opinion.
