can someone please give me a list of greens/lettuces that are good for Uro's? I was in grocery store to by some greens and since I wasn't positive about what was good for him I got Collard greens. Which I know is one of the good ones. But what others.

In the order of the healthiest first:
Endive
Bok Choy
Collards
Turnip
escarole
dandelion
Mustard (iffy, i think)

I like the spring mix for my uro. Has a mix of endive, chickory, baby red and green lettuces, etc. She gets collards, and even romaine occassionally. Some herbivores dont like mustard due to the strong taste. Not many people like mustard greens either!!!
