A few corns

Steve_Craig Jun 21, 2008 07:25 AM

First my butter motley. I have a hard time trying to capture her yellow on camera, but her's an updated pic of my 07 female. She looks like she's doing her best impression of a black ratsnake you would find out on the road all kinked up, LOL Steve

Here's a few older pics of my 05 Miami corn. I really love this guy.

And last, here's my 03 Okeetee corn from Howie Sherman. He's about five feet in length.

That Miami Corn is sweet! I'd try shooting that Butter Corn outside on an overcast day to capture its yellow color. Artificial light has a way of altering color.

Very nice Steve!! I like to do what Tim said and take pics of mine under shade trees on cloudy days. This seems to work with all but my lightest colored corns. I still havn't found a good way to photograph my hypo lav male...........

Thanks Tim & Ralph. I appreciate the tips on getting the colors to come out better. I'll try some outside shaded areas to bring out the yellow on the butter motley.
