I found these in a pet store mislabled (imagine that) as a Tanganika Forest Gecko. BBBWWWHAHAHA.... I still couldn't resist though and bought both, about 3in. long. I think 1 might be gravid. It kind of sounds like one somebody was asking about a ways down the list

beautiful and interesting little critters. I do not knopw, why so few peoppel breed them.
Maybe because imports ares till so cheap and tiny babies are not easy to sell.
Not among the hardiest lizards, but normally do well in a tall rainforest setup with lots of hidings.

Thanks bunches. They are soo interesting, I can't stop watching them and I have a ton of other things to watch. I love the way they flatten out to bask. Can you tell me where they originate?

They are realitively widespread and inhabit Sierra Leone, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, C/S Democratic Republic of the Congo (Zaire), Uganda, Angola, Tanzania, Malawi, Mozambique and parts of the Ivory Coast
