Humidity Air Infuser

BOBAFETT Sep 01, 2003 11:20 PM

A while back i bought a Tropic-Aire humidity and air exchanger from Drs. Foster and Smith. Its been over a week and i think its the best investment ive made yet, aside from my herps. It keeps it at steady 80% or more without misting, and with a good tight seal, with a small venting area. Misting is still probably good when shedding is about to happen. Does anyone else use one of those though? But i believe its a great thing to get for high humidity critters.

Dan,

I use two of these on my terrarium, and the humidity is always at 90%. I agree, it's a fantastic investment.

Hi Dan.

I've been using one for my GTP. I bought the largest TetraTec airpump and the setup works great in a 24 x 24 x 24 cage with just a small vent opening to keep condensation off the inside of the plexiglass door.
