1. whats the general steup of a tank foe one of these frogs? temps? etc?
Check my site below, the reptizone. I have a caresheet for pyxies/african bulls.
2. is there albino pixies?
Nope, nor are there any hybrids.
3. what should their diet consist of?
invertebrates and no mice. Crickets, hissing cockroaches, mealies, nightcrawlers, ect are all good ideas.
4 what do froglets look like? the lps has some spotted pixies, still very small, are they normally spotted when young? could someone post a pic of a young pixie?
Check out my site for a few pics. If you want me to identify a pyxie for you, just email me the picture and I will definitely check it out.
anything else i should know about this frog?
Make sure you get the species you want. There are 2 or three species that masquerade as P. adspersus (the largest). Make sure you get an actual P. adspersus and not a dwarf if you are looking to get a true african bull. Both make great pets, just that dwarves are not always what you expect to get.
Good luck
