Introducing the Mimosa ball!

hkwagner5 Jun 22, 2008 10:13 PM

Well today we had a first and I think that these might be the first ever produced at least I have never seen them before. They are the Mimosa ball which are Orange Ghost Champagne's. I cut this clutch last week and it was six eggs from breeding a Champagne Het Ghost to a female Ghost. I had what appeared to be five normals and one Champagne. I haven't been doing so well on my odds lately! So today I checked on them and I saw a ghost out of its egg and then I saw these twin Ghost Champagne's sticking their noses out and it was beautiful! My wife named them the Mimosa ball and she has been waiting for me to produce them for over a year now. I hope that you enjoy the pictures!

Thanks

Weird , they remind me alot of Ivories, will be interesting to see one at 500 grms as the colors may be really different by then.. Guess that means the female NERD thought was a Ghost Champagne is obviously not one now! Nice work man, Anthony McCain...
