motley ???

if i where to bred a motley to an albino what would i get out of the clutch? and if the albino is het for motley what would i get? ty for any help i can get.

Motley is a co-dom trait so either you have a motley or you dont. In other words there are motleys and super motleys (all black). The motley is in a way the het for super motley.

That being said:
Motley to albino would yield approx. 50% motley het albino and 50% het albino.

The albino het motley you refer to would really be an albino motley

I believe half of the litter would be motley's100%het albino,and the other half would be normal 100%hets.Also,there is no such thing as het motley.

Of course there are het Motleys, every motley is a het Motley (except of course the super Motleys being homozygous Motley)

Het (short for heterozygous) has NOTHING to do with the mode of expression (recessive, dominant, codominant), Het simply means two different genes at one allele.

Recessive traits are commonly referred to using het since you can't see it unless it's homozygous. Het still applies to the other traits like Het Hypo, Het Motley. Just with the visual representation of the trait the het is dropped.
