N. simanensis

Since this form needs some spark, I have a question. I was talking with some one who had told me they had a clutch of baby N. simanensis black and white spitters. They said these were a jet black phase or locality. They start ot looking like little N.naja, but turn jet black as adults. The adults were spectacular looking. I was wondering if any one has seen or heard of these? Also is it possible they are what is called sputatrix. Also I know that they consider simanensis to be the same as issanensis (pardon my spelling may be a little off) But at one time was issanensis just a diffrent locality and possibly not black and white? Cheers Greg
