My little Kenabec is no longer an egglette! Depending upon whichever one I get he's either hatched or about to! I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG, OMG, OMG!!!!!!!!!!! I'll get him in about six weeks! I'm about to DIE I'm SO EXCITED!!!!!!!! It's going to be a llllloooonnnnnggggg six weeks.

Thanks. I've experience with wild caught, though Kenabec is CB, and I've got an excellent support group. Not to mention xperience with gophers and garter, and I picked Western over Eastern for a specific reason.

My enthusiasm level has dropped quite a bit since then as owning snakes is not so 'new' to me anymore. I got two yearling eastern garters and it's not so hard to fathom having snakes.
I get Kenabec this Saturday. I'm also getting a green phase. Green's my favorite color and I intended to get one someday, so I decided to go for it now when getting Kenabec. That will be it for the hoggies.
But I bet there's still garters in my future!
