She shed on the 2nd of this month so I'm guessing pretty soon. I've heard 22-30 days. So its been 23 days. She is laying in the coil on her sides and at night wandering around her cage. Does this sound like soon to lay behavior?

I have not heard of laying 22 days post shed. Mine have always been at least 27 days. My longest this year was 50 days.

My Pewter girl laid right at 31 days. She's going to go any day now. Just be patient and good luck.

i have one that shed on the 3rd of this month. She looks like she is about to explode and she is in a circle already and has moved the aspen off to the side....
She doesnt stay coiled up all the time. Mostly all the daylight hours. Then at night she is roaming around alot. She can barely coil unless she is on her sides. She looks like she is about to blow to.
I've never had a female lay before day 27... and they usually lay around day 30.

Can You see or feel eggs in Her? Maybe its a preovulation shed. When You see them nesting and not laying cold, thats when she's going to lay anytime... Nesting females Rule..

I can see them for sure! Looks like about five. She refuses food. Havent taken her out yet to feel. Should I? Shes on newspaper and che seems stressed at night searching her cage puching her water bowl around. Then day time she just lay on her side. She can make a right angle anymore. she has to saty in a slight curve. She is getting bigger by the day. Been about 24 days since post lay shed.
