All I can say is wow...

Earlier this year, we bred our male Kahl Albino to a normal female (Athena), that I picked up last year from a lady in Texas. This was her first time breeding. She ovulated on February 20, and I don't remember the date of her POS. Anyway, we knew that she was getting close to giving birth, so I've been checking on her pretty often.

This morning I get up at about 6:50 am and start getting ready for work. I make my rounds to check on the snakes just like many mornings before. I look into Athena's cage and this is what I see...

And among the bunch was this little one...

So, not only did Athena prove out to be a het Albino, but she gave us an additional surprise. The official count is 11 Albinos, 1 Paradox Albino, 7 het Albinos, 4 still born het albinos, and 5 slugs.

I don't know what else to say, I'm on cloud nine...

Thanks for looking!

That Paradox is sooooo much more than I got from talking with you. Major congrats, not only "finding" your normal is actually het Albino but that paradox is outstanding!!!!!

BTW, 2/3 of the female BRB's (Cate and Nikki) ate this week, Not a bad sign but not a good one either.
