I was asked to put this on the main forum because of the lack of traffic on the subforum

My female C. atrox, Stella, had her babies yesterday (Yes, I name some of my snakes. The male is named Stanley, after the movie)

Total of 24 babies, 19 albino & 5 normals 3 still born. Not bad for her first clutch. I am actually more excited about the melenistic one than the albinos. Here are some pics....

The adults are ones I bought from Brett last year. Tim Cole bloodline
Thanks for looking,
Jerry

WOW- great picutures....almost Christmas in June. What did the parents look like...its that mom in one? She must have been heterzygous. I like the melanistic one too. Post some pics after the first shed...please.

Bob H, The female, Stella, is The het & the male, Stanley is the albino.

This pic is from last year, the only one I can find with both snakes in it.

cid143ti, I do not know what is up with the morphs in color yet. I have had a few of those "corn snake people" call them things like "snow rattler" & things like that...LOL!

As soon as the babies shed, I will post some pics.
Thanks everyone. I was really caught by surprise & been doing catch up now, so it is taking me a little bit to get back to everyone...sorry
Sincerely, Jerry

The solid white must be albino melanistic. That's the bomb, for sure. Very nice first clutch, dang. Good luck with them.

All the babies have shed now & 13 of them ate today : D

Here is melenistic one next to "ivory" one

This one has a purple tint to it. It was really thin @ birth, but it ate today. I might keep this one. Hard to decide which one to keep...LOL!

Thanks for looking, Jerry
