Any one here use the Repti temp Rheostat from Zoomed?

I need to get something to control my heat pads for my little guys, but I wanted some input before I spend the money... I'd hate to cook my snakes or fry the heat pads...

They are not worth it. Get a herpstat, helix or johnson controls.

I've used them, and I suggest you save your money and buy a dimmer switch from Target or Walmart. It's basically the same thing, and a lot cheaper. Best thing would be to get a thermostat, though.

well apparently my Walmart sucks, because they don't carry dimmers that you can plug anything into and the closest target is over 2 hours away... so I've been trying to find something online that will work...
Thanks for the input...

Walmart should have a plug in dimmer. I've seen them at both where I live. You can also try just about any hardware store. Lowes, Home Depot, Menards will have several to choose from. They run about $10-20.

Good luck.
