this little guy is one of six 50% het pieds that hatched this week. he has TONS of alien heads (his siblings have a few) and strange little yellow spots for a moustache. i was hoping he was a she, but i may keep him anyway. tell me what you think.

Excuse my ignorance, but what in the world are alien heads?

I said the same thing once- then the lightbulb went on.

On the sides of the snake there are the 2 dots, sort of in a wavy circle--- there's lots of them... if you look at one wavy circle by itself with the 2 dots--- the wavy circle is the shape of an alien head... the 2 dots are the eyes....

supposed to be an unattractive trait... i think they're pretty cool--- someone has a heart shape on the side of her's --- i've seen phallic symbols, i've seen letters, hearts, stars, cars, all kinds of stuff on some snakes... I kinda like alien heads on some snakes---

haha, i too like lots of aliens. what is strange to me is that this dude has so many, and it makes for a very busy pattern, while his siblings have, you know, a few on each side. he definately stood out. sorry for the awful pics. i imagine a lav albino with lavander "eyes" in the heads and would personally prefer that to a banded type animal. like so much else, its a matter of personal preference.

Side pattern found in most ball pythons, basically the saddles have a similar shape and appearance of 'grey' style aliens..like the Roswell aliens... grey skinned, large oval heads, big eyes, almost no nose or mouth.
