5 month old dragon biting own tail

bcove10 Jun 27, 2008 03:07 PM

Ive heard of tail nips in babie bearded and how they will bite their own tail when they are hungry but my 5 month old dragon isnt a baby and hes fed all the time and just the other day i saw him looking like he wanted to bite his tail and now today it been clearly bit at the very end and is all tried up. Does anyone know why this happens. I know its not because hes hungry hes fat and eats all the time

I would give him full time access to salad during the lights on hours. I put a bottom full of water in my salad bowls and it keeps them from drying up in a warm enclosure all day.
