Thanks! She's a hog. Ate four big rat pups tonight. I'm fattening her up after the eggs, but they are my garbage disposals now. If my milks or corns don't feel like eating, I give them to the K.rats the next morning and they ALWAYS chow 'em down. Better than an indigo in that regard, at least the female is... the male is kind of finicky-mice only and they HAVE to be fresh.
First of all, it's her climacophora, not his (massive, massive gender bias built into herpetoculture!) and secondly, they're fairly aggressive snakes. I don't know why mine are mean, but I don't really care. As long as I can do what I need to with them, I don't feel they need to be hand-tame.
Though occasionally I do wish they were as docile as yours
