I just wanted to post what a hell of a nice guy Brian (BHB) Barcyzk is. Let me start by saying I have a beautiful adult female hypo that I sent on a breeding loan to a friend of mine (Jared Carr)to be bred by a male mojave poss het hypo to see if we could hit some ghost mojos. Jared and Brian have been close friends for many years now, and the funny thing is I met Jared on Kingsnake about 3 years ago while I was going to purchase a lemon pastel male and found out he lived 2 blocks away. So I have had the pleasure of going to Brians place on a few occasions as well as having him over to my place going out to dinner meeting each others family blah blah blah. Well he was in town to stop by Jareds house and while he was there I asked him about my female hypo (ghost) that is about a month over due to lay. And he took time away from bs-ing with us to go down to Jareds room to help my poor girl out. Heres the video sorry about the quality I used my phone to shoot it. But all in all I cant see who could have a bad word to say about this guy he more than likely saved this females life. I mean she still isnt out of the woods yet but I have my fingers crossed.

Brians in the black shirt, his father in law in the red (Loris dad),you can hear his son Noah in the background and when Brian walks to the sink thats my buddy Jared and I pull the phone around at the end thats me. But how many of the big breeders can you say will come and do that for you????

Let me start by saying Brian & Lori have been more than fair to me over the past 12 years since I bought my first carpet python from them. Brian has helped mentor me and always given me great advise on breeding these balls and helping me through tough times such as these. Enough kissing BHB's butt, LOL! This female hypo was purchased as a female that had always developed follicles but never ovulated or produced. Now, I am far from a big breeder but do have 200 BP's and put down 25-30 clutches a year. I have seen my share of slugs and sick snakes, but never anything like this. She developed follicles nicely, ovulated, shed, and nested up right on schedule. Then on her due date she laid 2 very hard, calcified follicles that were most likely from past breeding seasons and about 7mm in size. I have had girls lay 30-35 days post ovulation shed, so I was not too concerned. Over the next few weeks though it was obvious she was in distress and showing no sign of improvement. I have never had a female BP be eggbound and know it is extremely uncommon. Hopefully for the snakes sake (as well as Damian) she will pull though and live to try again! I am sure Damian will keep everybody updated.
