hey all,i'm new to this particular forum(i'm a regular on some of the turtle forums),and i have a couple questions about a young apalachicola king that i picked up today.i've had colubrids in the past, and my son has an albino corn that i tend to,but the vast majority of my hands-on experiance in the last decade was dramatically bent towards australian pythons, mainly coastal carpets,ij carpets, and white-lips.
however,my better, more rational(in her veiw, anyway)half decided that my pythons were too much of a hazard with a 5 yr old helping daddy clean cages.i agreed on the white-lips,which is why i tended them strictly by myself.
anyway, that's enough on that rant, back to my questions:
1 how big do goini get, compared to the eastern chains and the splendida that i've had in the past?
2 do goini undergo any color/pattern change as they grow, like some florida kings,or do they just get bigger and look the same, like chain kings? looks like i ran out of room, thanks
