I opened my mouth and out flowed a melody black.
Holy crap that's hot.
HUGE congrats!!!
As for the name ... yah, not me - not a gram of word creativity in my being
Why not call it a Lesser X Cinny and eliminate any potential confusion over another trivial name.

Cinner was the first thing I thought of.Sweet snake!

At first I thought that too, but "Cinner" at least to me hints that a Pinstripe was involved....like "Spinner"....But thats just me....

... would smell as sweet. Congrats on a sexy combo. I have a couple of ButterxCinny clutched cooking and I have at least SOME idea what it thety will look like. We love sonme better pics to show true color of the animal.
The naming of a new combo/new morph has become seems controversial -- at least to me. I agree that naming a new combo after the base morphs that made it is the best way to go. If/when I make a new combo and I name it the ABC XYZ and some one makes it some months later and calls it the Zulu or whatever thet deem cool. I'd be super pissed!!!! I would find it rude!!!! If you want to name something other than

Bottom line... you should feel comfortable calling your FANTASTIC NEW COMBO -- anything you wish because YOU made it first -- and EVERYONE should respect that. NICE WORK --GREAT SNAKE!!!

WOW thats nice!
That's the first Lesser X Cinny cross I've seen.
(Brian Sharp produced a Lesser Platty Black Pastel last year...'Black Platinum'..)
Lesser X Cinny is a winning combo. I can't wait to see how the dorsal blushing develops..
Please do share photos as it sheds and grows...

PS: Shoot me an email if you haven't seen any photos of the Black Platinum. Looks like your cross, but in a darker colour scheme.

cinnimon and nutmeg are alike but a little less(er) would make it nutmeg? just a suggestion
didn't Brian Sharp produce a Black Pastel X lesser last year? And isn't that being called the Black Platinum? And since the Cinny and Black Pastel are so similar that doesn't it just make sense to call this one the Cinnamon Platinum. After all a Pewter is still a Pewter regardless of the line used to create it even though you may want to know weather it carries the black or the Cinnamon gene. And please don't anyone feel like I am trying to rain on the parade or start a big controversy. Regardless of what it is named it is a smoking HOT combo that I will be thinking about next season for sure. Congrats on a beautiful combo.
Jeff
P.S. Just please don't name it something lame like the "Lennamon"
Interesting point...

Warning: Snakes have been shown to cause death in laboratory rats.
Using “platinum” at all might be confusing because it could be used to indicate that a morph includes the extra mutation that turns a lesser into a platinum - like the butter version of the platy.
Hey Randy, Maybe I am mistaken but I was under the impression that the original full name for the Lesser was Lesser Platinum. Or is that only for the offspring from the original Platty Daddy? And if the theory is that the Lessers do not carry the hidden gene or they would already be a Platty Daddy then how could it be confusing?
Jeff
It's probably already going to be confusing no mater what. You have:
1. Platinum aka Platy Daddy aka Platy
2. Lesser Platinum aka Lesser
So would the Platinum in Cinnamon Platinum refer to #1 or #2? If you just said Platinum which would you be talking about, the ingredient (#2) or the combo (#1)? Since Platinum isn't unique between the two and Lesser is the unique part of #2 it makes more sense to use Lesser to refer to #2. But with Platinum in the possible names used for both animals before it was known that the original Platinum was a combo it's going to stay a bit confusing any time Platinum/Platy is used.
I think it's a little less confusing if you go with what seems to be the most common current names:
1. Platy
2. Lesser
So if Platy is a two mutation combo of Lesser and the hidden mutation then I would think a Cinnamon Platy would be a combination of three mutations - lesser, hidden, cinnamon. But since Butter Platy is only a double combo of butter and hidden then maybe a Cinnamon Platy would just be cinnamon and hidden but I doubt hidden would do anything to cinnamon. Platy might be a confusing term to avoid all together for new morphs.
Thanks Randy
Jeff
I like it alot..
