I ask this once before but the person who responded did not understand what I ask. . so here goes again.
I dust my crickets 3 times a week with miner-all that has no d3 in it. I have a U.V. lamp and I try to get my chameleons out for at least an hour of natural sunlight a month. Should I be dusting with a d3 dust? or is the u.v. and little sunlight enough?

If this is an adult or mostly grown cham I would use Minerall with D3 about once a week (in my opinion anyway). If its a young fast growing cham you can use it every 2nd or 3rd feeding. Getting out in "real" sunlight only once a month is not going to make much difference in D3. If your cham was outdoors every day or for most of the week then I would use Minerall without D3.

ok thank you. I was not sure if the u.v. light helped them produce any d3 or not.
