I was considering switching to a new controller when my emails to Helix Controls went unanswered. At the suggestion of another forum goer, I called them directly.
Jeff was very professional and handled my needs quite well. The unit needed a slight calibration and replacement of a $1.50 part. Even though my warranty had expired, everything was recalibrated and the piece replaced for the cost of shipping and $1.50.
I will continue to be a customer of Helix Controls.
