Alright, so my little guy's been healthy and active since I got him. He seems to be done growing and he's got a healthy, fat tail. A few days ago he started just sitting on top of his hides and not ever going back in, at least from what I've seen. That seems weird to me, but my apartment gots kinda hot so I'm guessing he may just be trying to get to a cooler spot. If that seems weird to anybody though, let me know. Anyways my main question is that behind both of his front legs are what look like bubbles of air. I dont notice them much unless he's got his arms kinda close to his body. Just curious if that might be something you all have seen before or not. Thanks for any input.

The pockets behind the front legs are "fat pockets". They aren't really fat, but stored protien. They don't hurt the gecko.
