watermelon rind

Is it ok for boxies to eat watermelon rind? I haven't given mine any, but I thought he might like it.

I think it's ok as a treat, but i wouldn't feed it all the time. I would think it has a good amount of sugar in it.

A guy at the pet store said that they love it but it doesn't have alot of vitemins and stuff. But hey you can't always beleive them. One time the same guy told me that he didn't carry red tail black sharks but then i asked him about one that he had in a tank for sale and he said now how did that get in there. So this info might not be totally correct. So check a more reliable source, I'm no expert.
