Another surprise shed

EddieF Jun 30, 2008 07:35 PM

My Sulfur Lav is shedding right now. I just fed him yesterday and had no idea he was fixing to shed. He does that all the time with me, very rarely do I see his eyes get cloudy. Do you all have trouble recognizing when your lighter colored snakes get cloudy?

I should pay attention better to my own records, he's right on schedule. His last few sheds have been on:

Feb 22
March 27
April 26
May 31
June 30

That is about normal for a sulfur lav. They grow faster than most.

Not mine, one I scored was small and fat for her age but I fixed that. She is now at least doubled in size and looks great. I WISH she grew like her siblings....cant win em all.

I have that happen occasionally.
Sometimes they go from clear to cloud to clear very fast.
