Boa pics

It's been a little over a week with my new camera. I am extremely happy and am slowly learning all the available options and making my way through the manuel. The possibilities are endless.
My memory card keeps track of each photo # and so far I have snapped 1800!
probly only kept 80

Here are a few that turned out nicely in my opinion

Now the main reason I got my camera was for shooting snakes and macro's.
However I got a kit and my Rebel came with a basic lens 18-55mm focal length which will only allow my 0.8 feet away from the subject and still be in focus.
Not Ideal for Macro's by any means. Not for the awesome scale shots and eye shots I was gonna be looking for.
I did some reading and I found a thread saying you can actually reverse your lens with an adapter that will actually magnify for you.
The downside is all focusing must be done manually.

I tried it myself by just holding the lens backward and got these cool shots which will have to do for now till I can save up for a Macro lens and kit!
