Your insight was very much appreciated. The milk snake eggs are in the bowl surrounded with damp sphagnum moss.

The bowl is sealed with the thermometer probe nested with the eggs. about 90-95% humidity in there.

Here is the "moisture Chamber, to prevent drying out..

The room has been set to maintain around 76-80 degrees.

the temps look good.

The water in the large container will keep the humidity high and will help balance out any temp flucations...I would remove the egg container once a week and allow them to air out for a while.

I've had some friends have problems with their eggs getting too moist (including me with Cham eggs) ...so keep an eye on that.

Here's a pic of my current set up (the only difference is the temp sensor is right next to the eggs, which you already have correct):
