i got a new cage for my egyptian uro and i would like to see everyones desert habitats. any size of cage is fine. i just want ideas. thanks

Seriously, though, here is a tank I made for my Earless Lizard (small lizard species found in the Southwest U.S.). I used a few different species of cactus, but the only one that really lasted was the aloe in the back right corner. I am getting another aloe for it. The Cactus in the middle he has torn all the branches off of while climbing it. The Finger cactus in the front left corner he has broke in half so its dead, too. I plan to find another branch-like one that he can climb like the one in the middle because He liked to so much.

The substrate is play sand and the ledges are made of polystyrene and tile grout sealed with an acrylic sealant.

So without further ado.

i keep i baby cal king in here...

and my dune geckos live on 2 inches of sand with some flat rocks scattered about... simple but looks pretty nice
