Sleepy Kids

ntfish Jul 03, 2008 11:01 AM

I've really been enjoying the photos on this forum so I thought I would share one of my own. These guys came to me within the last week. The male collared on the left is a Utah yellowhead and the one on the right, a Texas sandhills collared. Also, a female leopard lizard. They were some of the few that were actually sleeping on top of a rock last night rather than under or between rocks. The Texas male is about 14 inches and I will be separating them as soon as I set up another tank. I have several females in the tank as well. Enjoy!

Glad your here and nice to meet your new scaly kids! Very colorful bunch, like to see them after they wake from their nap, hehehehe

Keep the pics coming, and enjoy the forum

Here is a photo of the male yellowhead wide awake this time and one of a nice YH female too with her buddy for the moment, a male leopard lizard. A few of my females are in different stages of gravidity(is that a word) I have a bicintores that is huge and bulging in her lower abdomen. Thanks Eve, IMO photos are a true highlight of this forum and since I love to see everyone else's photos, I feel I should post some myself.
