Quad het

pdragon1 Jul 03, 2008 05:57 PM

This guy was produced from an italian leatherback male to a reduced scale hypotrans female. The result of this combination produced 50% leathers/50% regular scaled beardeds. These seemed to be a little bit smoother than some of the other leathers produced from the same italian leather male. It will be interesting too see what the results will be when these quad hets are bred to other quad hets, or het reduced scale, etc...Things are becoming very confusing, lol. Josh

very interesting and nice looking, but like you said things are getting way to confusing. with terms or recessive, co dominant, hets, double hets, quad hets now, etc, its just way too much. kinda another reason i gave up breeding dragons
