DHet Dwarf Snow/Minature Boa Litter

GainesReptiles Jul 04, 2008 09:05 PM

NEW LITTER born 6/24/2008 !!!

Photo was taken at 7 days old (unshed).

I was not sure how easy it wa to run a larger Columbian male against a smaller CA female, although this is exactly what I did, hoping to produce smaller CA-size offspring.

I bred 1 of my smaller Snow males to a light-colored female Nic that was 1-of-a-kind in her litter. This litter was just born 6/24/2008 and the babies are all very small Central American like. I figure/guess a DHet x DHet breeding of these siblings might produce a "Dwarf/Minature Snow Boa"? And even "Dwarf/Minature Albinos"?

Awesome. I am glad to see someone working on this. I know I'd love to have several smaller morph projects, that way I can afford to house them lol.

Congrats Bill! I hope to see what they produce when bred back to each other in a few years!

Very Nice,
