Happy fourth on the fifth, small find

Wishing all the best! My brother in law saved a small surprise for me at the family barbecue yesterday, God bless 'm! A flathead snake, Tantilla gracilis, from Rockport, Texas. He has a very snakey looking 2 acres with lots of oak and Mustang grapes with very sandy soil. I will be on the lookout for my white whale, the texas scarlet snake, as some have been found in the city limits!
