Some outdoor pics

EKSL Jul 05, 2008 03:13 AM

Well I decided to take some outdoor pics the other day. Man it's not as easy as I thought it would be! I had to lock all 3 dogs inside the house because they were too curious and wanted to check out the boas and kept knocking my lense around. Then these snakes did not want to stay still for pics.
Enjoy!

Orangetail Hypos Yearling... One from last year's litter

This year's Harlequin Orangetail...50% DH Sunglow litter

Albinos...
2005 Sharp...

2007 25% Bcc Sharp Female...

Suriname Albino female 2005...

Arabesque Albino....

My weird Pastel/Hypo. They are growing nicely and Wow what colour!

Yearling Parahet female...Very promising colors to her and those EYES!

Others...

Okay I was thinking about a new background for some outdoor pics...Well I tried something different. Let me know what you guys think

My holdback 2005 female Anery... this girl was the only one I could not sell. But how I am so glad she did not sell....She's probably my favorite Anery.

Here's a pic of her when she was a couple months old... Has she ever grown to be a nice Breeder!

Now this female Anery is also VERY important to me... She's an 2004 adult female Anery 100% het Sharp.
Man it was HELL finally getting her in my collection! needless to say, I have BIG plans for her:D
She did not want to do any photos, just tried biting me every chance she could...So all I could get was her tail shot... keeping away from her bites... I think it still turned out pretty nice...Kinda like BOA ART!!

Next is a series of shots of my favorite boa...Mr. Paradigm! He was a good Breeder for me last season...hopefully this season he can handle more than one female...He has plenty of dates lined up...lol Once again a BIG THANKS to Big Mike and Steph for him!

My main Red Pastels also did not want to sit still...just wanted to escape... I'll try again another time. For now, here's some closeup shots... They are growing steady. I can't wait til they are ready to breed... I want to plug some Motley and Sharps into them!

Another Red Pastel...not as Red, but very nice colors nevertheless.

Juvenile Peruvian Bcc

Now for the girl that just BOGGLES my mind with her color every time! She's ready for her first Breeding season this year...I am still waiting for her color to fade. But she still GLOWS!! Sometimes more than others...and I think I captured her at her best here. Now when fall comes around....Who do I breed her to??? that's the Big Question! What do you guys think? Any suggestions? The Paradigm? A Incredible Sharp Albino? Albino Arabesque? Motley, Harlequin Orangetail Hypo??? I don't know which male I should use first!!! I still can't BELIEVE I scored this girl!!:D HAHAHA!!!

Almost done Here's some in tubs shots. A couple boas that just didn't want to leave their tubs.
2005 Harlequin Orangetail hypo Breeder female in her big tub.... She just shed. She actually was an ugly duckling...but not so much now:D

Well that's it for now... too much work! there will be more nice days to take pics of the rest. Thanks again everyone for taking the time to look at my pics and post. Time to take power nap then off to the Gym
