What you have there is a circle back, sometimes called 'connected saddles' 'or connected pattern', and a bit of a laddertail (the floating white spot on the tail)...
Unless the boa comes from one or both Motley parents, it is not a Motley...
There are a lot of boas with patterns that can seem like a motley, but are not...this baby below, for example, who is a nice laddertail/circleback, but not Motley...
