So my question now is should I give up? Cut them opened and see whats inside? Or since they are not hurting anything just leave them in the incubator?

How do the eggs look? I've heard of 70 days and if the temps were low you might even go a few days more. If they look good and don't feel overly thick I would carefully cut one to see what is going on. I have had one clutch of rat snake eggs that were extremely thick. The hatchlings could not cut the eggs. I could tell that something was wrong during incubation because the eggs did not grow/expand properly. They had a bulge in the middle and expanded out to one side. They would have died if I had not cut the eggs for them.
Keep us posted.
