calcium with or without d3?

which calcium should i put in my mealworm bowl?

ive heard both positive things and bad things about both types

so which type should i use?

Due to overdose, it is recommended that you only give your gecko calcium with vitamine d3 once a week. If you keep it in the bowl all the time, he/she could overdose on d3.
