This is my first cornsnake and second snake overall...

I'm about to buy another... Boy, this is addicting!

Thats a very nice set-up you have for that amel, but with talk like that, you might want to start looking into a rack, that's when things get really out of control, when you have empty slots to fill!!!

Yeah, a rack system is definitely coming in the future, much to the horror of my wife who is supportive, but is deathly afraid of snakes and their prey!

Ditto with my wife, my wife actually has always been fine with snakes because her sister had a rainbow boa, she just doesnt' want to hold them, but she likes to look at them when I am holding them, don't worry she'll come around though, just breed them and show her how cute the babies are, everybody loves a cute babie even if it is a snake.

It's hard to be deathly afraid of something that has a big round head, and huge "Bamby" type eyes!.....I think baby snakes resemble cartoon characters myself!..LOL!

When you introduce people that are afraid to snakes, it also helps if you apply a cute little name like "Binky", or something similar,......that makes them seem even MORE harmless!..

definately "chick" naming, no offense Kin!!! I prefer naming after 80's rock bands, like my solid white garter is named "Coverdale" get it? I know it's just as lame as binky and cupcake but a guy thing instead, right

hey...i just pick out the names and write them down on a list. those 2 snakes are actually my husbands and he picked out the names on the list so those and "Cobra" and "V" i think those are all his snakes.. i could go on forever with my snake names
BUT i do have 2 ball pythons named Bouncy and Koosh (Ball) hehe. ok i'll stop..
