Its not the camera that takes good pictures. Its the user. I had to take photography classes. I could get the same results with almost any digital camera. Some of my photos were taken with a $100 kodak. Most are taken with a $400 Panasonic DMC-FZ5.

I believe that. I used to use an olympus ultra zoom(had a lot of optical zoom at the time), and got what I thought were good pictures. The past couple years we have had both a nikon and now a sony, and cant get decent pics for anything.
