I haven't heard of needing a breeders license for reptiles. You would have to check with your states Licensing & Agricultual departments. Every states different.
You may need a Buisness license so Uncle Sam can get there cut.
Good Luck.

how big of a business are you starting? if it is small and more or less a hobby, i would say do it under the table. i wouldn't get a business license unless you plan on making a career out of it. my opinion..

Check with your local town hall or environmental protection agency. Where I live, there are restrictions associated with other reptiles not including leos

Just do it as a hobbie and you shouldn't need anything....just keep records....and trust me...it's hard to make any kind of money at all doing this. I tried corns for awhile and I made about 400$ in a year...which sounds great from a hobby stand point but when you figure in your hours you work it's slave wages and they can't say your making enough to file taxes on it or anything. Now the city/state you live in might have something of a requirement to even sell one reptile so check on that first.
