This is the whole litter just after they were born and separated from one angry momma boa.

The Pewter is very difficult to photograph(at least for me) but you can see the purplish hue this animal has, pretty neat!!

Salmon Boa Poss Het Blood Poss Het Type II Anery

You don't find too much info on the net about Pewter Boas, but from what I understand, a Pewter Boa is both a Blood Boa and an Anery. That's two recessive genes in one snake, pretty cool.
So all of the salmons and normals in this litter are possible het blood and possibe het type II anery. This litter was from a normal poss het blood x salmon poss het blood. There were 13(lucky 13 for me!) perfectly healthy babies in this litter. I would like to thank Rich and John at Salmonboa.com for selling me possible hets for blood boa that proved out to be not only 100% het for blood boa but also 100% het type II anery.
