need some help with genetics

I am a newbie and need to know what a combo such as a pastel ghost will produce if bred to a normal? is the combined codom and simple recessive now codom ? any help would be appreciated! thanks

Pastel Ghost x normal will produce pastels het ghost and het ghosts......

No. Each gene is a unit that retains individual identity from generation to generation. Each gene does its own thing, but the effects of the genes combine into what we see. Being a unit is what allows different combinations of genes to be made, taken apart, and remade over the generations. Pastel is a codominant mutant gene and remains a codominant mutant gene no matter what it is combined with. And ghost remains a recessive mutant gene.
