Wild and healthy

Morgana Jul 12, 2008 02:20 PM

I live deep in the woods in Ga., so I've always got snakes around the yard. In the past two weeks I've relocated two huge Canebrake Rattlers, and I've had 3 nice Kings hanging around my front porch where I keep the wild bird seed and have a mouse problem. (two five footers and one three footer)

Here's the smaller King I caught briefly to take a quick pic:

Yep, that's the small one, lol. I've tried to get pics of the big ones, but I only get "sections"...like this one headed up under the house:

Oh! I see! You wanna play that game? IIIIII can play *that* game, LOL! Here's one of two I caught in my front yard and relocated this month. (I used to have a mouse problem due to the Cardinal feed I kept in that area.) Ha.

I do have to admit this one was one strong hand full. When I nabbed him behond the head I thought I was going to lose my grip for awhile there. He was fighting like a champ! That lidded bucket never looked SO good.
