intro and question

Hello everyone,
I have obtained alot of useful info from this forum in the past but never posted. I have 2 BRBs, a male from Jeff Clark and an unsexed newborn that I just picked up. I love the pattern on the top it some of the circles touch to form number eights. It lost it's first shed and I was wondering how long a newborn can safely go without eating. I will get better pictures when I can.
Here is my JC male

and the unsexed baby

Hello and welcome to the Forum. Are you sure that 2nd pic is a Brazilian? Babies can go longer than one might think without eating but that would be very unusual under proper management. If your new one isn't eating double check your set-up abd make sure everything is correct.

The breeder told me that it was a BRB. I haven't ever seen a pattern like that though. I will wait till it calms down a little and do a scale count.

Congrats, and welcome to the forum! That 2nd one does look like a BRB to me. I have seen several with the dots in the saddles before. I think they look pretty cool. Looks like yours may be an eclipse as well, got any more pictures of it so we can be sure?

It's almost an eclipse, a few of the circles have a little bit of a crescent.
