Anyway to sex?

Hi all,
I have a 4 inch long leopard tortiose that i have raised from a hatchling.Is there anyway to determine sex yet?Im clueless so use laymans terms please.Thank You...Paul.

At that size it is still anyone's guess. I am not to sure on the exact size, but I think around 8" or bigger, you should be able to sex it properly at that point.

I have spent the last 3 hours trying to find out how to sex the little critter and even the experts with there care sheets are taking educated guesses.It seems like x-ray is the only way to do it and that still isnt 100%.I do appreciate your reply and thank you...Paul..
