in my post below about questions concerning breeding i stated "
i'm guessing not since its happening in captivity)" i meant to say that i would imagine the geckos would breed regardless of a kinked tail..........sorry for the confusion.
It also just occurred to me that perhaps geckos might start eating more when ready to breed??? (yes i meant that as a question LOL). Is that true at all? My guy eats ALOT right now and i know he's not ready to breed yet, so is it personalized to each gecko? Will some have a larger appetite when mating season comes around? I would think the females would once they are gravid but do they before hand?
Sorry for the questions again.......i like the Leopard Gecko Manual and other books out there but it would be great if there was a specific breeders book that got into great detail
Thanks again
