25% Surinam hypo Motleys

kirby Jul 16, 2008 10:39 PM

I have been trying this for a few years and had small litters with no hypo motleys. This is still a relatively small litter with big babies with 3 25% surinam motleys and 2 25% surinam hypo motleys. I was hoping the surinam hypo which has an almost normal pattern would produce motleys with a preserved pattern. You can see I have mixed results.

Congrats Bill, they both look great, but that first one really does have a great motley pattern for a hypo motley.

Hello, I second that. Looks to me you can really see the influence the Suriname blood has on the Motley. Gorgeous looking Boa. Hope to see more in the future. Take care. Andrew

Wow! Congratulations Bill, some great results!

That Surinam has really influenced the colour in the first one, the pattern has held together well too. As for the second one ..... amazing, where did that stripe come from?!

Lets see some photos of the non-hypos, gotta love that Suri influence!

Hey Bill! Congratulations! Those are beautiful boas. Obviously the Suri added some really great contrast and color to those boas. If you need help with them, you know where to send them! LOL (doesnt everyone say that? LOLOL)

Great day!
