Second pippie of my cal king clutch. He (or she) has been in and mostly out of the egg all day - and every time it is "most" of the way out, it has appeared to have perfect banding.
3 minutes ago - it finally comes out a little farther, and it in fact does have at least 1 Y band.
Ah well - there's 5 others in this clutch still to go.
