Didn't you get software with your camera?
Almost any digital camera I have seen comes with software which will allow you to edit photos, including photo size.
If not, and you are using Microsoft XP or whatever you should be able to simply open the folder open the file (picture) and when the picture opens you should have a menu which will include the option to re-size.
Almost any, if not every, software that will allow you to view the photo on your computer will have editing options.
How are you viewing the photos on your computer?
What software?

Hey Jeff, did you not get the email I sent? I sent a link to two different things that you could try.
